When I settled on the price range he quickly found a home that satisfied my needs. The closing went very smoothly even thought I closed while living out of the state. I submitted a request on Zillow. Shawn responded in less than 24 hours. (I received other calls months… months later wanting my business.) I met Shawn in his office the next day and he became my realtor. Shawn came to Yakima, (where I live) and worked with my wife and myself in selling our current home and the adventure of buying a new one. We didn’t make it that easy on him.
